  i used to work here. i feel like the new changes keep the store a lot more organized and most of the staff is really friendly. the reason why i didn’t put a full 5 stars is because MOST of the staff is friendly and there are some policies i don’t agree with that’s at all forever 21s. i kind of came across some some staff i didn’t really enjoy last time i was there, but they were probably having a bad day.
