  After being a member of AAA for 54 years, they do not know how to treat their customers. I recently visited the office and spoke to Jose, membership associate. My membership had been canceled without my knowledge. He proceeded to call membership and reinstate my membership; however, when I called in to pay for my membership they had no record of any of the conversations. Therefore, I had to start all over with the membership dept. At this time, I should have just cancelled my membership. Now, three weeks later, I receive a letter in the mail that my membership was cancelled again, after I paid for it. I proceeded to call membership dept and emailed Jose, both who didn't even respond to me. How can they stay in business if this the way they treat their members of 54 years?
