  I have commercial coverage for this company since 2005. Few times I changed my warehouse and renewed my insurance policy with them in this time period. Each time, they were eager to write a new policy, but somehow avoided my cancellation requests for old policies. I had to call hartford and cancel them by myself at the end. In 2007 I paid 6 months extra for an unnecessary coverage.
  
  Customer support avoid your questions. There is also a guy called Jim; I believe he is kinda racist or something, after talking with me over the phone, his attitude changed very badly. Dude, you live in CA, 70% population is first or second generation immigrants! Anyway the guy doesn't answer your calls at all. He is so rude over the phone, and ignorant even while making the new policy!
